Appointments and Fees

My schedule is flexible, with openings Monday through Friday.

I am a participating provider with

• Blue Shield of Northeastern New York
• Highmark Blue Cross
• other Blue Cross plans through reciprocity between plans
• Tufts Commercial plans

I am out-of-network for other plans. In most cases where your plan pays for out-of-network providers, you pay me directly and get reimbursement from your insurance company.

My fee for self-pay is $200.00 for individuals or couples, and sessions are typically 45 minutes long.
